Everything was great, we were attending Mulwala along with many others to attend a 70th birthday party, but we knew nearly all the other guests were staying at other motels in Mulwala and Yarrawonga which we actually visited several of them and found they were sub standard compared to our accommodation and they were paying roughly the same money per night without breakfast being included and they were not happy about it at all.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and I was very impressed by the professional friendliness of the staff. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious, also loved the guest soap lux scent, better than most I have come across. The scenic view of the lake from my window, made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and elegant place to stay, along with great dining options at the club.

The view over Lake Mulwala was wonderful. We had an upstairs room which was of a good size for our needs. The whole property was very well maintained. Even though the weather was cool of an evening we were most comfortable. The evening meals were very good at the Diggers Restaurant. Most nights we had the specials.

One of the best places to stay in Yarrawonga - Mulwala. We've stayed many times and are always happy with our stay. Foxtel in the room was great and lovely renovated bathroom (bathroom fan a bit noisy and connected to light). Bed was comfortable with different pillow options.

Standard room was soooo much better than the executive room we stayed in for 2 nights before this night. Executive suite was dated and ‘old’. Standard suite although it wasn’t looking directly at the water had been totally refurbished and modernised. We felt like we’d been upgraded even though the room cost less, and didn’t have ‘views’. Would not bother with the added expense of ‘executive suites’ when standard rooms are so much better. Also spent 2 nights in executive suite prior to extending our stay and room was not serviced daily and had to get reception to come change the bins. For $210 a night, I would expect more. $150 for standard room is the way to go!!

Spent 2 nights in an executive suite, then on last night changed to a standard room. It felt like an upgrade. Executive suite has view of river but is old and outdated (think 80’s decor and spa!). Standard room (no amazing view) has been fully renovated, with new, modern finishes and furnishings. Breakfast is good for a quick hot breakfast before going out for the day.

Receptionist was well above average and obviously experienced. Explained everything we needed to know without being over the top. Gave us a quick heads on Club Mulwala and its facilities as well as discounts on club membership. Stayed before and would stay again. We had room 50 overlooking the lake. View was as promised . Designated numbered car parking. Full use of all facilities. FULL BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED IN THETARRIF

We arrived outside reception hours and were able to check-in with ease as Managers worked around our late arrival. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Staff were all very obliging. Resort in a great location.

Loved our stay. Comfy beds, great shower and bathroom, nice balcony looking out to the lake, wonderful location on the water, nice pool, friendly staff, good sized room, quiet at night. The curtains were great blocking out the heat. Air conditioner was wonderful. Great facilities having the Club restaurants, bars next door. Hubby loved being able to fish right outside our room.
